Completed a 40 mile bike ride and supported Sussex Cancer Charity. A great little ride to get me ready for the London to Brighton in 2 weeks.

Well done folks up and running. Two things to think about...bonus sports mean even more pounts. So swimming next week.
We will soon recieve a bonus quiz at the end of each stage...worth a lot of miles so I am happy for anyone to answer it. Google was good last year gave right answers every time.
Also, if you have a fitness wearable....you can include any steps you did outside of your exercises. Enter these as a pedomater exercise and it will ask you fir the number of steps. These add up over 12 weeks. I enter them at the lowest exerction level to be ' honest'.
13 mile run this evening...warm bath, strong beer feeling happy! Regards Alan
